Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 11 November 2025.

Salon Hub Group Pty Limited is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to everyone, including individuals living with disabilities. Our goal is to provide an equitable, dignified, and seamless digital experience for all users.

What web accessibility is

What Web Accessibility Means

An accessible website allows all visitors, regardless of physical, sensory, or cognitive ability, to navigate, engage, and interact with content easily. This is achieved through adherence to recognised accessibility standards and the use of assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice navigation, and keyboard-only browsing.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

This site has been developed in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We have implemented accessibility measures to ensure usability and inclusivity, including:

  • Defining clear heading structures and consistent navigation throughout the site.

  • Adding alternative text to all images and non-text content.

  • Ensuring appropriate colour contrast between text and backgrounds.

  • Reducing the use of motion and animation where possible.

  • Making all media, documents, and downloadable files accessible.

  • Setting the website’s primary language for accurate screen reader interpretation.

  • Ensuring that all interactive elements are functional via keyboard navigation.

Accessibility Within Our Organisation

Our physical salon locations are designed to be fully accessible to clients with mobility and sensory needs. Accessibility features include:

  • Step-free entry and wide access doors suitable for wheelchairs and mobility aids.

  • Ceiling and portable transfer hoists in treatment and wash areas.

  • Adjustable salon chairs, bariatric equipment, and accessible wash basins.

  • Reserved accessible parking and proximity to public transport.

  • Accessible restrooms with compliant fittings and emergency call buttons.

  • Smart mirror consultation technology for clients with communication or sensory challenges.

  • On-site registered nurse supervision to ensure clinical safety and participant wellbeing.
